About Fishing Spot

This is another original oil painting inspired by my Dad.  It reminds me of the Battenkill River in Vermont where he would often go fly fishing.  He was an expert fly fisherman  even tying his own flies and he taught these arts to my nephew Tyler.  

With its' stunning natural beauty, clear waters and abundance of trout, the Battenkill River is known as the flyfishing mecca of the East and is considered by many to be the home of fly fishing. Learn more about the Battenkill River and exploring this place of beauty.
